Over the past year, we’ve been on a journey we never expected — helping our child manage Type 1 diabetes. As any parent knows, food becomes more than just food. It becomes many daily calculations, a source of joy and stress, and something you constantly try to make feel “normal” again.

So we did what many families do: we turned to our kitchen. After months of testing, adjusting, and learning, we created something that brought joy back to the table. And we’ve seen firsthand how much that matters.
